We want you to love your AZO® pieces, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a hassle-free return process within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure items are unworn, unwashed, and include all original tags to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and attach the return label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number until your refund is processed.
